Ulana's, which is located just a block off South Street, is one of those surprising side-street spots that looks fairly straightforward on first glance. Many folks know it as a restaurant that serves pasta dishes by candlelight, making it a terrific neighborhood place to take your sweetheart. Once the night wears on, though, things begin to change, especially upstairs – the pulse quickens, the dance beats resonate, and the crowd that shows up does so sporting their hippest club-wear.
